Book an Event or Workshop
I am available for event or workspace team coaching, and utilize a variety of team-based resources and guidance, which offer detailed feedback on each individual and team’s work style, decision-making style, communication and conflict style, most common challenges, innate talents, and most suitable roles for thriving and making the most impact. Each workshop includes one Team Report for Leadership and individual reports for each team member. Workshops typically include a Team Meeting - an intro lesson with the team, a Leadership Meeting with the Leader(s) to review the Team Report, and the option of 1:1 Meetings with individuals to review their reports.

Team Coaching Solutions

EXPLORING TEAM POTENTIAL - Reflecting to the team where they might be stuck in fixated patterns, coaching them to experiment with new, more correct behaviors to hone skills in motivation, innate skills and purpose, working with others, overcoming challenges, and decision making.

RECOGNIZING VALUE - Working with the natural gifts & strengths of the team’s overall style, connecting to the unique strengths and value they offer to the world, noticing any underrepresented styles, & understanding how to minimize challenges individually and collectively.

IMPROVING TEAM DYNAMICS - Discussing the similarities and differences of communication styles, decision making, interaction roles, and operating styles with team members to foster greater self-awareness and appreciation of differences - improving the quality of workplace relationships and interactions and decreasing potential conflicts.

Team Coaching Versus Team Building

Traditional team building theories and practices assumed that teams are stable over time, so they focused on choosing the right members and then developing the team.

Today, team coaching focuses more on building the team’s level of awareness, internal dynamics, and ability to converse, therefore developing the ability to unpack and resolve their own challenges in the future.

Approaches tend to be oriented towards continuous support and improvement, ideally with the team reaching high performance by developing ways of working together that harness the diversity of their members and the gifts of their unique style.

Results
"Our team received remarkable insights on the Enneagram and were able to use those to help facilitate a team building workshop on how to best function together.
The team absolutely loved the [IEQ9] assessment! The information shared from the workshop will help improve our team communications and help each of us understand the lens we are primarily working through day-to-day. Becca was so insightful, and an absolute encyclopedia on all the content that was covered. She made the session so much more impactful than just the report itself.

Becca is a truly outstanding facilitator, and understands the perfect balance of informational context needed while gauging the room and understanding how to steer the conversation towards the most impactful areas for our team. I highly recommend other organizations do this workshop, as we are so well equipped to function as a team with these results and have a greater appreciation of all the strengths we each bring to the table."
