Reiki Session

Service Description

This session includes either a 30 or 60 minute reiki session. Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice that allows us to clear any blockages and realign our chakras. Chakras are the 7 energy centers in our bodies that influence different parts of our health and wellbeing: Root Chakra - Safety, security, material goods and resources, grounding Sacral Chakra - Creativity, passions, sensuality, sexuality, life force energy Solar Plexus Chakra- Confidence, identity, willpower, values Heart Chakra - Love, forgiveness, self-love, trust, relationships Throat Chakra - Communication, speaking up, boundaries, authentic expression Third Eye Chakra - Intuition, seeing patterns and the big picture, clarity, direction Crown Chakra - Spirituality, connection to source, divine guidance, universal truth Recommended for anyone wanting to reset and realign your energetic fields so you can physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually be cleared of any blocks and receive any messages of guidance for how to keep these channels clear and activated moving forward.
