The Details
How to Prepare Beforehand
Upon booking, you'll be sent worksheets and any resources needed to help you clarify your intentions and note any specific questions or areas you want support with prior to our session time.
What to Expect Day Of
I recommend wearing comfortable clothing, bringing a notebook and pen, and having water and snacks nearby. There will be breaks as needed in between the various modalities explored. There are two options for the session:
What Happens Afterwards
It's recommended that you take the next day off to focus on rest, nourishment, and integration. There can be a lot that comes up mentally, emotionally, energetically, and physically after a powerful session like this, so it's important to prioritize your needs and wellbeing.
You will receive various personal growth resources you can use whenever you need them post-session, and there's a VIP Upgrade option to receive 6 monthly check-in calls for even more accountability and support. In addition, if it feels aligned we can arrange for you to have standing sessions on the calendar once or twice a year for continuous help at a discounted rate.
